                                                            Information about apple .                                                                  Apple is a kind of fruit . It  has a  lot of  energy . Apple has maney  kind of vitamins. For example it has vitamins A , B, and C . Eating apples keeps humans young and healthy . If we eat one apple everyday  specially in the morning before  breakfast we will never get sick.  Also eating is better then coffee . because people drink coffee do not be sleepy . and work better but if we eat apple instead of coffee we never feel  sleepy during the day . If we want to be healthy . if a person who eat 4 or 5 apples everyday he or she never get old and always feel healthy and full of energy . And also I suggest eating or drinking apple or apple juice effect good for our heart specially for persons who has a heart problem . It is a good treatment for that daises .
